Aunt G - Here is the Mrs. Weiler Potato Chip cookie recipe that your Mom so fondly remembers:

1 lb. margarine, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup walnuts chopped
1 cup potato chips, crushed
3 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

In bowl, combine melted butter with sugar. Add flour, vanilla, almond extract, nuts, & chips (in that order). Mix in each before adding the next ingredient. Bake on un-greased cookie sheet for 18 minutes at 275°.January 7, 2010 – 6:04 am
