I followed you and Certain’s journals when you were hiking and then I kept reading when Certain went back out. When you asked how I started reading your blog at first I couldn’t remember…but I got your blog from your trail journal a long time ago. When I saw your pictures of the AT I completely forgot that I already knew that you hiked the AT. I live in Virginia and my boyfriend (now husband) and I hiked in 07′. We only saw you guys one time on the trail outside of Hot Spring at the first shelter called Double Spring I think. We hiked with Sven and Uff-da a lot. You and Certain were camping below the shelter and we tented up in a small tent city. Such a small world! And I remember Taker Man, we ran across him a few times with Young Eagle. It’s so funny how everything, everything, everything seems to just fit right into place with the sort of alignment you experienced. It’s amazing to me!
