He seemed to know just why I was at his house one fine Saturday morning and he had the nerves to prove it. His mom, Laurie, kept joking that he was nervous for his big photo shoot because he looked at my big old camera like it was coming to eat him. But then we had some fun and Carter got some tickles and all was well in the world. At the end of our session, he knew. I put away my big old camera and Carter let out of sigh of relief.

But this is what happened in the interim…the little jokester was all about his photo shoot!

And Laurie knew just how to make him smile:

One day Carter will say he’s too cool to wear a puppy towel on his head but for now it might be the cutest thing ever…

Bob and Laurie and Carter, thank you so much for having me in your home to photograph Carter, it was a huge honor and it was so good to finally lay eyes on him in person! He is a total doll and I can only imagine the little personality he’s going to have as he gets older! Hope you enjoy the photos!
