The Snow is Melting! The Snow is Melting!

I might be jumping the gun a little bit but I’m ridiculously excited that we’re thawing out a little bit here in Michigan! Pretty soon, the possibilities of outdoor fun will be endless and I won’t have to curse my car for not starting because the battery is frozen or wear three layers around the house just to stay mildly warm. It’s going to be an excellent spring. And summer. The highest forecasted temperature for today is 59 degrees and I am thrilled! I don’t know what the weather holds three days from now but I’m taking the heat wave while we’ve got it!

In the spirit of outdoor fun (well, and of working on a project that’s due this week) Eric and I took a stroll around Ann Arbor this weekend. We headed to the mouthwatering Prickly Pear for some AMAZING sweet potato enchiladas and then wandered around campus for a bit. It was so nice to get outside and enjoy the beginning rays of sunshine.
