Elle | Portraits

This year, I have been privileged enough to photograph a few little ones for the second time. There is something really neat about seeing how each child has grown and changed in the interim and to see how their personalities are taking shape. I met Elle around the time of her first birthday last year and we got together again for her second birthday this year. We had a tea party and a dance party. We blew bubbles and watered flowers. Elle showed me how she’s a master at Simon Says. It was a beautiful and fun morning – the kind you can only share with a little girl. :)

We, of course, had to revisit the window as we had in her one-year session. I love how Elle’s personality shines in these!

Lauren, Mike & Elle: Thank you so very much for the honor of photographing your family one more time. It was SO great to see how Elle has grown and to catch up with you both a little bit. You have such a beautiful girl and I hope you’ll enjoy these photographs of her for years and years! Cheers,
